Sunday, April 17 was the Jr/Sr Banquet at school. It was at Balboa Pavilion in Newport. I must say it was much nicer than I had anticipated. The juniors did a wonderfully outstanding job. I feel so proud of them and I'm happy that I'm class of 2011.

Marsha came over on Monday and we made hoddeok. Because I only skimmed through the recipe and didn't read it thoroughly, we didn't know the dough was supposed to rise for 3 hours. So she ended up leaving my house at 11:30pm. I feel really bad but I guess it was okay cuz her dad liked the hoddeok we made and I also think it turned out really good! I want to make it again very soon! ^ _ ^;
We also made some ramen to eat for dinner. We shared it cuz we are both sorta watching our weight. Haha.

My friend's birthday on the 1st of April. Someone gave her these homemade cake pops with the stick! It was really good.

I went to the Food Truck Festival at Santa Anita Park yesterday with Wanwan and her bro. Her bro's friend was also supposed to come but she couldn't make it for some reason so it was just us three. I feel like it was sorta awkward since I'm not real close with her bro but they're like pretty close... and I am so bad at Cantonese compared to them that Idk.. yeah :(
